Bando Sushi-Bar Dortmund - Bochum

I really don't know how we had to get up in this restaurant, but it was late and we decided to try it out. it was a mistake. it is a non-descript sushi place with sushi of low quality. the rice was quite cold and the fish was of poor quality. the thunfish was particularly appalling. it was not very expensive, but the price-performance ratio is also not good. I will not come back.

The sushi in this restaurant is delicious and the staff super friendly. no doubt. the only thing that has scared us were the prices for the sushi. there was no all-you-can-eat option, which prompted us to go to bochum to mr. wasabi, where they can have everything for 20 euro. but bando is a great place if they don't care about the budget.

This is my favorite place for sushi, especially because of its sushi bar. As long as many guests are there, the bar will remain fresh, otherwise someone will exchange the sushi plates that have been in a position for too long. they can appreciate the cook that prepares the rolls, and the service is classic attentive and respectful in Japanese style. there is also the possibility to sit on a standard table and order solid food boxes (bando).

Had an event until very late, landed around 22 o'clock in the restaurant and they closed. but kindly offered to make me a small order to take. I am a sushi snob and since I left Canada, I have been disappointed by the quality and worth of sushi on the continental. but was very satisfied with the quality here, the speed and the price-performance ratio. I had a really nice talk with the sushi cook when he prepared my food.
