Long Story Short Cafe - Boca Raton

Long Story Short is an adorable little cafe.The Christmas/love ballads playing overhead were a delightful treat to my ears. I think I only knew two or three songs during the entire hour I sat there. I came by myself and sat at the bar, where I was treated to beautiful, detailed artwork on the glass in front of me. I ordered a Chai and the Avocado on Toast. I was not ready for how good the toast would be. The avocado was at perfect texture. The cherry tomatoes added a pleasant citrus pop. The bread. Dear god, the bread. ?This cafe is a perfect place to visit on a sleepy Saturday morning. Great service from a kind, quiet man. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, yet delicious start to the morning.

Let me start by saying this place is such a local gem. Organic coffee and a wonderful menu. Wonderful people owning it. However, as of late it has been dirty inside and outside. Glass door covered in greasy fingerprints, napkins on the floor and the food has no love in it. Egg Sammy a usual favorite just not flavored right and not appetizing. Had to throw most of it away. Please please get the food prep portion right, taste everything to make sure you like the way it tastes and some added cleaning; so I can come every day!

Long story short…just go check it out. I came across this gem of a cafe because I was tired of going to Starbucks and getting the same old thing.The second I walked in, I knew I was in the right spot. I was hit with a pleasant aroma of food and coffee; the music was chil, and the aesthetic was clean and chic.I loved that they had a decent variety of drink selection as well as actual food; and they work with local distributors, farmers and small local businesses!! The owner is also very friendly and approachable, he helped me decide on a vanilla lavender latte with cinnamon cold foam (highly recommend) .While I was there, they had a steady stream of “regulars” come in, and I was impressed at the fact that he was able to make each drink in a really timely fashion.Long story short…i’d definitely check out “long story short” for yourself.
