Dolphin Cove - Boca Grande

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant today, which was not the ideal way to wrap up a vacation. I took my nieces there on their last day of spring break, and the service we received was not just subpar but downright hostile. The staff seemed very unhappy, and it showed in their interactions. My nieces were treated condescendingly just for trying to order an ice cream, which was such a simple request. I typically avoid posting on social media and have never written a Yelp review before, but this experience was so negative that I felt I had to share it. I hope the management can address this issue with their team. It’s truly unfortunate.

We stopped by today for some ice cream and absolutely loved this charming little shop. They offer a pup cup for dogs, and our furry friend really enjoyed it! They also provided a complimentary cup of water for our Yorkie. The staff was very friendly and accommodating; the young lady there had a wonderful positive attitude. We will definitely be back the next time we're on the island!

Not a good opportunity to finish a holiday to visit this facility today. I didn't dress my last day at the early break. the service was not only poor, but hostile. the staff was very unhappy today and that was very clear. my nieces were spoken to me to simply order a ice nothing special. I usually stay very far away from social media commentaries never before a Yelp evaluation, but this was that terrible I felt forced to advise. hopefully, the management can address this situation with its employees.
