An amazing spot right on the ocean. Boca chica has a ton of tiny restaurants right on the water but Neptune's and oyster bay are two of the higher end choices. Went at sunset on Thursday November 4th and were one of the few tables in the restaurant. Large menu with lots of choices out of the 5 dishes we had which were all incredible, the civiché was the best. Expensive but service, food and atmosphere match the price!!! #kentuckyhotwine on Instagram
