Carolina Wings - Blythewood

The wings were good, but the ribs were brilliant, beautiful and juice also the service, although the server was busy was good.

Had lunch special ribs wing and the wing plate. The food was delicious. Well seasoned and well cooked. The ribs were so delicate that they fell off the bone. Restaurant was clean and the waiting staff was very attentive to sanitation as every guest went. Abigail was friendly and cared for us. I can't wait to come back at dinner.

Carolinas Wing and rib house. 6:00 pm. 9/8/21. Was greeted and seated immediately upon entering. The lighting was a little dim, menu was a bit hard to read. No pictures on the menu. Our waitress, Shelby, was amazing! She was very attentive and smiling. We got our beers right away and she was ready to take our order immediately. I asked for some sample hot sauce flavors and she said no problem. We chose to taste hot, Fire Island in Teri-Cajun. Hot simply tastes like Crystal 's hot sauce, Teri- Cajun taste just like teriyaki with some Cajun seasoning, but the fire Island had a unique flavor and was delicious. We chose that. Ordered our food at 6:30. We got our food at 6:40. waitress asked us if we wanted another beer, but we said no. Then she reminded us that happy hour ends in just a few minutes, so we changed our minds. $2.00 drafts, hell yeah! Food smells absolutely delicious. We ordered our wings extra crispy and extra wet, and got both!. The only disappointing thing with the wings was the kens pre-packaged blue cheese sauce. The wings were absolutely delicious! The ribs were so tender falling off the bone and to die for, probably my favorite. I have not had that much of a wonderful experience in a restaurant in a very long time. Ate here for lunch while passing through. Prices were good. I got wings and ribs, my wife got tenders. Heaps of homemade chips with the order that had great crunch. Wings and Drums were a good size. Everything was well sauced. Service was great. Wish they were closer so I could order wings for get-togethers.

Menu is small, but good. they concentrate on doing a good job on wings, ribs burgers. reasonable prices. we stopped on Saturday night, so was noisy. but they clean between customers, not just damp rag, but sprays with cleaner/disinfectant.
