Yank's Famous Barbeque - Blytheville

I love the dedicated employees and the excellent food, which guarantees that I will keep coming back!

During a cross-country trip, we stopped at this restaurant because its name promised famous BBQ. We made our way off the interstate and discovered it. We ordered the chopped beef sandwiches and the rib tip plate, along with sides of mac and cheese, cabbage, white beans, and potato salad. The meat was excellent, without being overwhelmed by excessive seasoning or sauce, allowing the true flavor to come through. Thank you, sir, for letting the meat shine! I could have easily made a meal solely out of the white beans and cabbage, but we still had eight hours of driving ahead. The owner clearly takes pride in his craft, making it well worth the detour from the interstate!

If there's one reason to visit Blytheville, it's Yank's Famous BBQ! Honestly, it's the best BBQ I've ever tasted. We’re leaving tomorrow, and I’m seriously thinking about going back for more to take home!

The sides of greens, corn, and cabbage were absolutely delicious to die for.If I’m ever in the area again, I will stock up with 10 pounds of each to freeze. They were some of the best barbecue fixings I’ve ever had.Thank you!No pictures because I ate it al l;
