Kfc - Blytheville

I ordered a 3-piece crispy chicken (dark) with mac and cheese slaw, a 2-piece crispy chicken (white) with mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans, and a 3-piece original chicken (dark) with mac and cheese and green beans, plus an order of liver. Seems pretty straightforward, right? Unfortunately, it wasn’t! I had to repeat my order over five times. Then, I was told to pull up to the pickup spot. When the woman brought out our bag, she got the order wrong too! When I asked her about it, she was quite rude and said, “All your food is here!” But no, it definitely wasn’t all there. It was clear they just gave us a bucket instead of our correct order! We had four sides when we should have had six, and there wasn’t a single original chicken piece in sight! The biscuits were rock hard, and the liver was old. This happened on 9/26 at 6:30 PM.

I was charged $5.49 for a chicken sandwich, which is $4.49 at every other KFC we've visited. We bought three sandwiches and ended up overpaying $3.30 with taxes included. We won't be returning to this location again.

When are they bringing back the buffet? That's the only way to get great chicken!

I really enjoy this particular KFC! The manager strikes a perfect balance between being fun and professional. The food is consistently hot and fresh.

The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. As I was on my way, I started to think about how my day was going. I had the popcorn chicken, which was light and crispy. It was served fresh and piping hot. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the meal turned out to be!
