Bojangles - Blytheville

Ok here it is 2100 at night I go into your restaurant to find employees sitting at a booth. Tried to order a country ham biscuit was told our grill is turned off!! Then ask for something else was told our fryer is turned off. I said what do you do if someone want fries oh we have them sitting under the heat light. Here my question who want old unfresh food!!! Why stay open when your employees are not doing anything but sitting and can’t fix any food?!? I was told we are not usually busy after this time!!

I came in at around 7:30pm and ordered 4Pc tenders with mac and cheese as well as the peach cobbler. The tenders and cobbler were good but the mac and cheese looked like it was sitting out for a while and it was dry. Service was good and atmosphere was nice.

The restaurant now only offers overpriced chicken tenders and sandwiches, as the rest of the menu has been eliminated.

This restaurant is located within a service station that offers a one-stop shop for travelers. It has everything you need to get back on the road, including food, drinks, and restrooms. Bojangles is part of the service station, allowing you to easily grab breakfast or lunch. Whenever I pass through this area, I always look forward to stopping at Bojangles. The service is fairly typical for a restaurant, and it's consistently good whether you choose to dine in or take your meal to go. While it may not earn a five-star rating, it certainly deserves four stars.

The menu lacks variety, offering limited options with just chicken strips and no other chicken dishes.
