Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Blythe

Went to purchase a 12 piece meal as advertised on the order menu. Gave them the two sides we wanted. They said they don't offer that any more. But they still are advertising it. When asked to speak to a manager. Still no help. So we asked for the regionalmanagers number. We were told they can't give that information out. We love Popeyes but this store has some issues. They willbe hard pressed to earn our business again.

I was traveling with my sister several days after our father's funeral. We decided to stop at Popeyes for brunch ???? The young man (didn't get his name really but I think it was William) at the drive through, who put our order together, was very kind andhelpful. We did have to wait a few minutes and he very politely explained why. Besides good food we had a really niceexperience. ????????

Horrible customer service. Went through the drive thru in Blythe, Ca and the when I received the order, I noticed the order was wrong. I told the employee that they accidentally gave me two orders of fries instead of one fry and a Mac n cheese. The employee said, Sorry there’s nothing I can do, you already got your food. I then asked if it was that serious I would give the fry back for Mac n cheese. The worker said No. There’s nothing I can do. I said, “then I want a full refund.” He said, “Ok give me the food back then.” So I gave the food back and they gave me a cash refund. The sad thing is that Popeyes was more willing to refund me and lose a sale, then to fix a problem that they made. I wouldn’t doubt it if they handed the food out to someone else. I would strongly advise anyone to do business here. Customer service is paramount In the success of a business. None shown here today.

We drive through nearly every time that we are passing from AZ to CA or back. The food is typically good Popeye's fried.
