The hot fudge at the end of the night is a bit thick, but this is personal taste. Staff are nice and helpful. This is one of the only late night dessert places to go in the area.
My daughters and I love Scoops! It is a locally owned ice cream shop and they make all their ice cream. Every taste we tried is delicious! They also have tons of cute options for children to make it even more special for them. This is by far our new fav ice spot in Bluffton!
Jill with Scoops Cafe is a fun place for you and your child to do a little bonding. There's ice cream is homemade and taste great. Jill made our son's birthday cake that looked amazing and tasted super. I would recommend for all Bluffton to try Scoops Cafe. Kelly with lowcountry roof repairs.
The best ice shop in the lowcountry. Jill (the owner) has the best costume service I've ever experienced. The mint Oreo ice cream is my whole time favorite! If you love ice cream, this Bluffton Secret is where you must be!
From personality of the owner Jill to the tastiness of the HOMEMADE ice cream, this cafe is perfect for a pre or post movie desert as it is conveniently located next to the movie theater on Buckwalter. Great for families. Fun, fantastic, professional, and clean.
