Mcdonald's - Bluffton

It will be the last time we stop at a McDonald's when we travel the person that said she would help us never came back we waited we waited we waited and no service at all this was at 6:30 in the morning terrible service by McDonald's also the food is not that good anymore the prices are outrageous it's not worth stopping at McDonald'

I have reviewed this McDonald's in the past. And gave a good review. But my review has changed. It looks like this McDonald's is going downhill like the rest on the island. It opens at 6. We come here when we are traveling. Our last visit here was very bad. We were there at 6, and we waited 10 minutes for a response. The line started to get very long. Finally she said go ahead with your order. I gave my order and drove to the window. The female stood at the window and never said anything handed me my food. I gave her the money, and she gave me my change and slammed the window in my face. Never said a word to me. My favorite McDonald's. Not any more we will be going to another one. Shame on you early morning female person. If you don't like your job please find something else and quit ruining people's day.

Sat at the drive through speakers for 6 minutes before being acknowledged attendant slammed window had a bad attitude normally this is our favorite McDonald's not anymore ?

Went in for just three large coffees. Employees were pleasant and made a fresh pot. The lady went out of her way to bag the creamers and different sugars and stirrers in separate baggies. They didn't have sweet tea but the overall service was good considering fast food places can be chaotic and you get ignored mostly.Vegetarian options: Plain salad. Fries. Fish sandwich if not full vegan.
