Jade Garden - Bluffton

We visited for dinner, but the food was stale and difficult to eat. We had to signal the server for refills, and he never came back to check on us.

We visited this restaurant twice within two months, and both experiences were disappointing. During our second visit, we weren’t offered any water refills and felt ignored, as no one checked on us. The first time, we only received attention after we prompted the staff. Most of the food was served cold, and to top it off, we witnessed two employees arguing during our second visit. Because of these issues, I won't be returning to any Chinese buffet restaurants. It seems that places in Walterboro and Beaufort share the same lack of service, yet they still expect tips.

Our waitress could not speak English. Then she spelt dirty water from her wet gloves all over our food. Just not okay with that at all will not ever go back. Then when we called to ask the price and told us 47 and then end up 63.

This is probably the worst buffet I've ever been to. The food was lukewarm at best. There was a very small selection of sushi, but none from the photos on the website. The seaseme chicken was mushy. The server never refilled our drinks. We arrived before 4pm and were charged the dinner menu price.

Worst Chinese buffet I've ever eaten at. I love a good Chinese buffet for the family to go to. We chose this one based on location. I feel we should have taken the extra time to drive to one of the others 25 minutes away. The hibachi was no better with chicken as the only choice of meat and a few vegetables. I do not recommend.
