Papa Johns Pizza - Bluefield

I stopped going to this restaurant because of a small issue with a cup of peppercorns. I couldn't find an option to add them to my order online, so I requested them in the comments. When I called to confirm my request, the assistant manager scolded me for asking for free stuff. I offered to pay for the peppercorns, but she refused to add them to my order and accused me of looking for a handout. Despite my repeated requests, she wouldn't budge. I canceled my $88 order and haven't returned since. I reached out to corporate but only received a generic response. I was disappointed that no one followed up. In my opinion, this is not the way to treat a long-time customer. As someone who has worked in customer service, I believe it's important to take care of customers and provide excellent service. Losing a loyal customer over a small request is unacceptable. I would have handled the situation differently if I were in charge. Just my humble opinion.

I am a fan of the staff at this restaurant. They are friendly and ensure that your food is prepared correctly. The dishes are consistently delicious, well-presented, and cooked perfectly every time. While dining in is not currently available, they offer delivery and carry-out options. The restaurant is clean and you are warmly greeted upon entry.

The pizza and cheese sticks at this restaurant are quite enjoyable. Pizza is a wonderful option for feeding a whole family for less than $30, and this place is no different. I suggest stopping by and giving their pizzas a try at least once. While it may be a bit more expensive than Pizza Hut, the quality of the pizza is also slightly better, although that ultimately comes down to personal preference.
