Chick-fil-a - Bluefield

I recently tried a take-out lunch from this restaurant and I have to give it a perfect score in every category. The food was exceptional, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend trying this place for a delicious meal experience.

The food at this restaurant was below average, with the bun being overcooked and greasy. The service was disappointing as well, as I had to ask for napkins, sauce, ketchup, and a fork for my Mac and Cheese. It would be helpful if these items were readily available for customers or included in the takeout bag. It appears to be a management issue rather than an employee problem. Additionally, a sign outside the mall would be beneficial for out-of-town customers trying to locate the restaurant. Just a suggestion.
