Applebee's Grill - Bluefield

We had salate and a few beers. both good, big. good, friendly service. no waiting time.

Was fortunate enough to have Tammy as a waitress this afternoon. Rarely have I had a server so attentive to my needs. Food was very good. This is a good Applebees!

Good food, family was happy with food and selection of food available. Daughter's had enjoyable birthday meal

Just had my order delivered and the grilled chicken was like rubber. Received 2 orders of mashed potatoes instead of 1 potato and 1 steamed broccoli order. And was an Entree' with no bread. Pathetic.

Poor service. Asked for refills and napkins several times. Ordered the French Dip, waitress brought the order, the dip was not with it. After asking numerous times, I was finally told they were out of it. I was asked if I wanted something else but the other four people I was with were finished eating, so I declined. The sandwich without the dip was good but very dry, didn't finish it. They did remove it from my bill, but I should've been told up front so I could offer something else.
