Wendy's - Blue Summit

Used the free fries Friday deal via the app. Didn’t show up on their end. Asked them to honor it (it’s free for them anyway) was told by the shift manager they “can’t just give stuff out.” Since it’s “not on the screen.”

Horrible food, got chicken nuggets were soggy and had obviously been sitting under the heater for a good while. Went IN andthe lady manager tried to give me lots of attitude and tell me they were just cooked, after more arguing they remade the nuggets. This will without a doubt be the last time I go to this Wendy’s. And probably any location in general.

The lady that worked the window on 4/11/2024 at approx 10:30pm was on meth, no way around it, twacked out. Just when you think it can't get worse it does, another employee working was smoking a cigarette INSIDE of wendys. I have video of it, INSANITY at this location

Was just at the one on 64th and Tremont my order was wrong the manager said she would replace it when I went to get it I tried to tell her what I wanted but she was like I know I know and off she went and brought it back totally wrong not what I ordered at all had she had stopped in the parking lot when I tried to tell her what I wanted there would not have been a problem. However she was stressed and did not have time when I called back she told me I had ordered it that way I am severely allergic and it had onions on it I did not order that she tried to argue with me I am done with Wendy's there I don't know how she got to be a manager she has the worst customer service I have dealt with

Employees don't pay attention to orders. Two wrong orders and no receipt so I can't get replacement or refund.
