Waldo Cafe - Blue Summit

Great mom and pop diner in Waldo. Had the bacon and egg combo. Great breakfast large servings. I mean it was roughly $10. Well worth it. We'll be back again.

The hash browns were inedible because they had been cooked too long. The toast was hard and barely buttered. First time there and last.

Complimentary cinnamon rolls?? Yes, please!Food was decent and our waitress was great!I think they have a darker roast coffee, was full bodied and flavorful for being plain ol' coffee. Very good!Bathrooms are very nice and kept clean along with the rest of the place.

People were nice at pick up and love the local Cafe experience. And really great you get a cinnamon roll with every breakfast meal. Had a takeout order. First time back since the pandemic. Unfortunately, when I got home i realized about a 3rd or more of both our blueberry pancakes were not cooked, so we had to just eat the outer edges. My toddler had had a few bites before we realized, so I am keeping an eye on her. Dissapointing that we only ordered a single pancake breakfast for my daughter and I to share and so much of it could not be safely eaten.

It's a must try, the staff and our waitress are super nice and our waitress was so good. Food is really good, huge portions .love the old school vibe
