Starbucks - Blue Summit

Hours say both airport Starbucks should open at 4am and neither one was opened for my early morning flight. Very disappointed

The drink was fine i guess but the barista refused to give me cold foam on my sweet cream cold brew? i understand it's not a very common order but it's not that difficult or complicated either so i was just confused. got my drink and still really wanted cold foam on it so i went back and asked if they could add it. it seemed like i got what i asked for but when i drank it something was off. i took off the lid to figure it out and discovered that it was not cold foam, but that it was whipped cream. i'm not even that mad, i'm mostly just confused?

Great staff, however I tried a new pineapple, passion fruit drink that was disgusting. I will not be ordering that again. ?

So, there are 2 Starbucks at this airport. I think people mix this one up with the other one because the other one does not show up on a Google map. So this review is for the other one close to Gate 40.... That Starbucks is the worst run, worst operated Starbucks I've ever been to. No one was paying attention while 10 sandwich orders came through and when people started asking about it, they started pulling tabs of the machine, and all the sandwich orders started popping out of the machine. Then, one guy started stuffing the oven full of way too many sandwiches and kept having to put them back in because they weren't cooking. There were way too many people there. I know it's a training issue but it made the people there look absolutely incompetent. Someone go do some proper training here.

Can't say I hate it, like it, love it or that it is okay. Why? Because at 4:30 AM they were closed, even though Starbucks store website says 4AM-4PM.
