Panera Bread - Blue Summit

Lots of dirty tables and only one person filling orders so has quite a wait getting food. The food was good and the order was correct, just a long wait for it

The salads are awesome but small and pricey and the sandwiches are too salty, mostly bread centered and overpriced, I know it’s called Panera Bread but the meat portion in the sandwiches are very small. The sip club is fair but needs more non carbonated drinks and they need to add hot chocolate to the sip club.

So sad. Panera used to be full of people. And had a great selection of sandwiches. Now there are very few people there, it feels empty. Selections on sandwiches which is what I eat, along with their soup, are also limited. Prices now so high that it makes other restaurants a better choice.

The place was very clean. Service was by far exceptional. Perhaps it was my selection. Some type of chicken avocado melt. Not to my liking. Will try again though. Very first visit.

I had outstanding service from a young lady name Brittney. But the lady I think she was a manager was very rude and unprofessional. I watch this lady yank the phone out of Brittneys hand and slam it down on the counter and yelled at her to go to the front counter and take orders. I was surprised as Brittney kept her composure and took my order and continued to work. I must say it is sad that person who is suppose to be a leader acted that way in front of a lobby full of customers. Sad to say it will be the last time I go to that location.
