Kc Sushi - Blue Summit

Not a bad spot to get some good food! Did have some issues when it came to the service. We originally scheduled our party to be there at 6:30, but the restaurant had to push it back to 7 o'clock. Not that bug of a deal. Took us a bit to be seated, which is fine. It was busy at the time we were there, but we waited over an hour to even have our hibachi chef start cooking and didn't finish eating until 8:40.

Food was really good! our cook at the hibachi grill was awesome. great service, great food, and a great atmosphere!Dietary restrictions: i have an all-around seafood allergy, which its hard to avoid cross contamination on that grill, but im sure if you let them know you have an allergy, they'd probably cook it separately.

A friend picked the place. It is somewhat quaint and cozy. The atmosphere is laid-back, prices are very reasonable, and the staff was very friendly. They food we ordered was delicious!

This is my go-to place for sushi. There's also the fancy tables where they cook your meal in front of you and toss the shrimp into your mouth, and they're pretty good at it.The food is excellent. Crab salad for me, edamame for my wife, and we usually get 2 sushi rolls each. I don't even know if they have dessert here because I'm always full after the 2 sushi rolls.This is a Coca Cola place, not a Pepsi place.There is plenty of parking, but no dedicated motorcycle parking spaces.The restroom was clean. The tables were clean, and the floor was neither sticky nor slick.The staff is always quick, courteous, and friendly.They have a full bar if you need a cocktail. I didn't really take an inventory, but I did see a couple of bourbons there.I don't know for sure, but I think handicap accessibility may be a challenge.This is a good place for date night if you're on a budget. My bill for the food mentioned above with a couple of soft drinks on a Sunday at dinner time was just under 60 bucks. I ended up at a little over 70 after adding a tip.Also, for a Sunday evening at dinner time, there was no wait to get seated. Not sure how busy it is on a Friday or Saturday evening.

Excellent, fresh sushi with a wide variety of fish. Tepanyaki service, sushi bar, and a relaxing environment make this my local favorite. Must try the spicy crab salad!
