Was in drive through and the drive through worker was rude. Had no happiness in their voice and was making it seem like there was an issue that i was ordering food here. Will never return to this location

Sad to see what this place has become. Need to fire that Sam person immediately. I dont think customer service is a thing here anymore. You can clearly see from the workers they do not care about this place. Sad...

I ordered a sandwich for delivery while having a garage sale (meaning I couldn’t leave). I waited an hour and then called to get an update and they said maybe 20 more minutes. 40 minutes later I called again and it hadn’t even left the restaurant. At this point it should have been free. I cancelled the order. I could have had multiple other restaurants deliver in this time frame and I’m STILL HUNGRY. The guy on the phone was apologetic enough but for a company that is “freaky fast”, this was astronomically slow.
