Caribe Blue Kc - Blue Summit

Been there a couple of times since we’re spending more time in KC. The food has been very good and so has been the service. Will continue to eat there whenever in town.

I've been here plenty of times before and always got the garlic salsa pollo but for some reason this is how it looked yesterday. I'm not sure if there's a new chef, but something like this shouldn't have even left the kitchen and for $17 at that. The plantains were burnt and the yuca overcooked or been out all day I couldn't tell all I know is I couldn't chew it, and I wasn't about to lose a tooth over it. Added a star for customer service but if this is the standard going forward I won't return … – show

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I had a pork plato and a cortadito. The coffee was an excellent way to finish off an amazing lunch. Will be back soon!
