Zarda -b-q - Blue Springs

First time eating at Zarda and last . Ribs had no taste of smoked or bbq other than the sauce. Totally flavorless as if boiled . The cheeseycorn and beans are good.

Laid back place to enjoy BBQ. Their lunch specials are very affordable and filling. I got the pulled pork sandwich with crispy Brussels. Flavors were great, I loved the brussels and the portion size for these was big! For $10, it's a great deal!

Much, much better options in KC. meat is very disappointing. mac and cheese is great!

Roomy place, great BBQ and good service. Ribs could be better

I ate at Zarda BBQ for lunch. Prices were good. Food was good. Place is clean. Not why I am writing this review though. Why? The service was impeccable. A young lady there probably in her 30's maybe a manager was doing all kinds of stuff from taking order to serving to helping the other worker. They missed giving us some French fries we ordered but did not make the order nor did we pay for the fries. We got them for free. Just seemed to go out of their way to please the customer. Helped my wife who has to be gluten free. Bent over backward to make sure she received what she wanted including asking the cook to change their gloves to not expose the food to anything gluten. Oh did I happen to mention the food was fantastic? Thank you Zarda BBQ in Blue Springs.
