Tokyo Grill Hibachi Sushi

This is a charming little restaurant where I've dined several times. It's my favorite spot for sushi in Blue Springs. However, during my most recent visit, the fried component of my skirt and roll had a slight aftertaste, suggesting that the oil could use a change. My seven-year-old really enjoyed the rolls and would have devoured all the crab Rangoon if we had allowed it! I've noticed that prices have increased recently, but that seems to be the case everywhere these days.

The food was amazing.. It's a rustic place that was very busy, but had a little waiting time. I had steak, chicken and shrimp. Everything was perfectly cooked. It's gonna go back a lot.

This restaurant is simply fantastic! The food was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were served, especially considering how busy they were. Even my mother, who isn't the biggest fan of Japanese cuisine, enjoyed her meal and even tried some of my sushi! The Teriyaki chicken was particularly delicious. While they don't have a ton of vegan options, there are a few available, and my vegan brother really enjoyed his dish. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are satisfying. I highly recommend this place!

Our first visit to this restaurant was delightful; the food was excellent, and we will definitely return. I was even able to heat up my leftovers for lunch the next day, and they still tasted great. I'm not particularly fond of the broccoli that comes with the combo/dinner, so next time I'll be sure to request my meal without it (though my daughter absolutely loved it). Keep in mind that ginger comes with an additional charge, so if you order to pick up, make sure to specify that you want a side of ginger; otherwise, it won't be included. The prices are reasonable for the quality. They also offer yum yum sauce.

A very nice place to get a sushi dinner. It is quaint, as it is just a hole in a wall next to a grocery store. Hubby and I shared some sushi rolls and everyone else in our 8 person party got hibachi which they all enjoyed. Their birthday dish for our birthday girl was a very sweet touch and it made her feel extra special. I especially liked their fairy roll. Staff was friendly and gave us very quick service. Will done here again.
