The Big Biscuit - Blue Springs

Always a great place. One of my favorite breakfast eateries. Staff is always professional, food is always good. Seating is usually quick, and environment is acceptable for any sort of breakfast gathering/mtg.

Service was great; fast and friendly. We got there Sunday shortly before the post-church crowd. The picky seven year old didn't like anything, but that's normal. I took off a star for the “breakfast potatoes” (or whatever they called them) that were literally chunks of steak fries. How about some nice pan-fried potato cubes with onions? Otherwise the food and prices were equivalent to other, similar places, though the biscuit was, indeed, tasty.

I truly love the food here as there's huge portions for the price that you get it all for, just know that when you go into one, chances are that it's going to be absolutely packed. Taking off a few stars because of that but the employees don't control that and they're always very kind and take care of you while you're there!
