Taco Bell - Blue Springs

I literally saw the manager and another employee chasing a door out of the load that cursed her because they refused to give her food. she called this woman out of her name and lit her. you should never hunt someone out of the load, much less on the road than the lady went clear. I also saw how they freaked them out on the load. all of this before my children. very unprofessional and the female manager should be fired definitiw. I'm not gonna eat there until she's fired.

I went to this taco bell to lunch and I have to say that the man who has undergone my order in the ride has amazing customer service! he did my whole day! my food was fresh and delicious. Even with the great food, he will be the reason why I invite back to this!

The place has come to live again! waiting are limited, eating is fresh and correct. I just went through the drive, and there's a person in there, probably manager, ran dt and eat alone. wait was quiet less than 2 minutes! rockstar right there.

Ordered on the app and took almost 45 minutes to get our food. If they want to get it faster, they'll go through the drive-thru. we were over an hour, and I'm going somewhere else next time.

The food was actually good, the chalupa's weren't rock hard, everything was hot. The gentleman handling drive thru was amazing, professional and personable, he was definitely the highlight and main reason I'm even adding this review to a fast food place.
