Hardee's - Blue Springs

Terrible experience! The fries were undercooked and there were only a few in the bag. Hardee's is one of the pricier fast food chains, so I expect to at least receive good value for my money. The burger was decent, but I ordered my mushroom Swiss with extra mushrooms and didn’t receive them, yet I was still charged for them. I was extremely disappointed with this location. I will never return to this Hardee's again!

On Saturday, July 23rd, at 9:30 PM, I drove through the drive-thru, but no one responded to the intercom or the phone when I called. I couldn't see any staff members around. I called the Lees Summit location, which was open, and they mentioned that the Blue Springs location should also be open, assuming they had just closed early. I waited and noticed three employees returning from their break; they saw me but quickly went inside without acknowledging me. I drove around a few times, thinking they might just be busy or unaware of my presence, but no one came to assist me, even though I know they saw me. It was disappointing and seemed like a lack of effort from the staff.

I stopped by for a quick bite after work and was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh, and the staff were incredibly friendly. This was by far the best Hardee's experience we've had in a long time!

Good eating can say it is real, also really beautiful server, always fast and friendly to her costumer
