El Ranchero Mexican - Blue Springs

The family came here to retire and we were all upset, as we were quickly forgotten by our waitress. We sat and the server took our drink order and after laying it disappeared into and out of the bathroom after one of our guests. We were in good spirits first because the place was so packed that we were patient when no one recognized us about 20 minutes, then we ran off a server and he took our order. We ate and the same male came at the table and gave us replenishments while the other server moved around when the business lost. We got the food and it wasn't the best we could have at TB. I ordered the combination #1 1 beef taco 2 beef enchiladas with beans and rice. The Enchiladas Tortillas were hard and tasty it was difficult to eat, the beans and rice were good. The beef was very fat and tasted old as if it was from the bottom of a pan that sat for a while. The taco was good, but the rest of the table was also not enthusiastic about the food, but we made the best of it and we left us unsatisfied and a bit frustrated, as the party was before and it was my first time. Not impressed and I will recommend future efforts elsewhere.

The service was amazing! Very fast seating and drinks. Collect us a lot of time to look at the menu before we have ordered. Only negative was the chicken in my food was very salty. About everything I would say 4.5 out of 5!!!

Great food and friendly service. The salsa is really good and the chips are thicker than most Mexican places, so they do not break off when they try to dive them. I had a chicken chimichanga and it was also very good.

Everyone is friendly and very beaten. Food comes big and drinks are even better... you must get in and check them out!

The food was good but I realized so much Mexican food with beef is just unseasoned boiled hamburger. The only difference between my beef burrito and beef enchilada was the wrapper and both contained the same unseasoned boiled hamburger covered with the same sauce. Otherwise the beer and chips were good.
