Domino's Pizza - Blue Springs

I really don't understand why this went out. The excuse given was that they were "really busy." However, that's exactly what quality checks are for, and drivers are supposed to ensure everything is correct as well. The dough wasn't proofed properly, which left the pizza tasting off and flat. This was after I had to go down there and have them remake it. To top it off, as I was leaving, I saw three employees smoking in a car. If they don’t care about their job, they should just quit. If it's a pay issue, they need to stand up for themselves and either ask for more or organize a union. I understand that there can be various reasons for a lack of care, but customers shouldn't have to deal with the consequences.

I've been experiencing an issue with my delivery on the app for about four months now. I called several times for assistance, but nobody was able to help me. However, the general manager at this Domino's asked me what address I had saved in the app, and it turned out that all it needed was a simple change from "Road" to "Street." It was an easy fix, but no one else could figure it out. Kudos to this young lady—she's fantastic! Very helpful and knowledgeable. She definitely deserves a raise.

I've ordered from this location twice now and have been satisfied both times. The first time, I placed an online order for pickup, and the second time, I opted for delivery. I don't know how they managed it, but it took just 16 minutes from the moment I clicked "order" to the time the doorbell rang! I was truly amazed. The order was exactly right, hot, and delicious. Great job, everyone! I'm very impressed! You made my son's birthday special!

Everybody loves Domino's Pizza! Good quality food, good customer service and Speedy fast. There is curbside delivery they will bring it to your car. Definitely recommend Domino's

When picked up my order, a staff member was standing at a prep station eating food with her fingers. Between bites she would prep boxes for orders. I am a little terrified about the quality of my order after witnessing this behavior. It might be helpfulto review safe food handling procedures at this location.
