The service wasn't at all the probable. I stole the wrong food for the first time. then took 34 minutes to get what I ordered! not very satisfied!

If I could give 0 stars I would, every time I go to this location, the service is terrible and slow. The people in the window aren’t friendly or courteous. They act bothered by simply satisfying the order you already paid for. And the food is never quality. Eating out for a whole family isn’t cheap and when you spend $45 on meals at a place regardless if it’s “fast food” or not, you should expect to at least receive halfway decent service and decent quality food. Sure the chicken fingers were hot because you ran out and had to make more but we got the oldest fries in the bin and none of the other food was hot by the time we received the chicken finger meals. I also ordered the cheese curds because I love the cheese curds at Culver’s and these were not even close in comparison. They are covered in grease and burnt and disgusting and the container was half full. There are crumples of pieces of what looks like was leftover at the bottom. Unacceptable. Won’t be returning.

The service and quality of food used to be good. Since Covid, that has all changed. 1 big note don't order online. When your order is messed up, there's some stupid process you have to go threw to be refunded. It's not worth the head ache!

My husband, dog, and myself came through the drive through about 1:00 pm today 1/18/2022.The young man that handled our order was such a nice young man. He was wearing a face mask that had a smile with a zipper on it. I hope all of your staff is as awesome as he is. Treat him well and keep him around!

Fast, fresh, and Friendly! Everyone has had complaints lately with fast food. My experience here was great!
