Harvest On Main - Blue Ridge

This restaurant was very too expensive for the quality of the food we eat.

I just have to go over harvest on main ravest. we went at 6:30 a.m. on a Friday night and they sat without reservation. they placed us on the large terrace that was not a problem because the weather was great. we both got the sirloin, it had great taste and was cooked according to our specifications. for dessert we had the brownie, highly recommended if they like brownies! the waiting staff was great, the hostesses were great, it was a very pleasant experience.

We have not sung on this place. what we did not like was the personal approach. the guy at the door has kind of mocked us. he said it was completely reserved. what we get. but then he was like you four. So two of you go to eat and come out and then the other two go to eat and laugh.

Another couple waited and it was said that it was 15 minutes. no problem. After 35 minutes I went to ask if we were still on the list and they sat immediately. odd, but we were still hopeful for a good lunch. we have a cheese-dip assizer that tasted like a shop-bought cheap dip. I ordered the hot brown, which had a nice crab on it, but the truthahn was dry and overcooked and the sauce bland. my wife ordered garnel and grits that had very little taste. I thought they were almost rode, but she was in order with the did. the service in general was slow. for a simple lunch without counting waiting time, we were there for 1h20m.

Someone said it in a previous review and hit the nail on the head. It strives to be fine dining, but just misses the mark. I expected a little better service for $35/plate. One of our $7 beers came out with a dead fly floating in it and No one could explain what our $2 “transactional fee” was on our $100 meal?
