Starbucks - Blue Jay

Ashleigh you are such a delight! And so early in the morning too ???????? Today drinks were fast and the vibes were good!

Not impressed with the only Starbucks in this area. I come up here a few times every year and my specialty drink gets shorted. My drink was not filled nor did it have the light amount of whipped cream as requested. Probably my fault for not checking it before i walked out.

I’m giving this restaurant a solid 3 stars. I’m taking away a star for two reasons: First, their service is consistently slow. They do not accept Starbucks Rewards, which can be frustrating since you often have to wait. It’s quite annoying. Second, the location is not great. It’s right inside Jensen’s, which doesn’t create an inviting atmosphere and makes it feel like you’re feeding an addiction to coffee. They also tend to get drink orders wrong fairly often. On the positive side, the staff are relatively friendly. Typically, mountain folks aren’t known for their hospitality, especially towards newcomers, but here they are surprisingly pleasant.
