Ihop - Blue Hills

The food was good and I enjoyed the atmosphere. It wasn't loud or crowded the time of day we went which was late morning. However, poor customer service from our server. She was young and perhaps not trained well or just wasn't concerned about her customers and doing a good job. She did not come to our table to introduce herself she basically called at us while walking by to go do whatever she was about to do and did not provide the right tea that I asked for or check in. That was disappointing. Went back recently with another group and the server did a good job and was attentive. Overall I enjoy this location but really hope next time I don't get that young lady.

Terrible. Walked in with my family to eat. As we waited for the food there were songs with curse words that my children were hearing. Not cool at all. I will not be coming here again and I used to come here

This IHop is horrible. The service sucks. No matter what time you visit this place, day or night, weather, it's full of patrons or just a few scattered about. The service is extremely slow and full of attitude. The servers are less than happy to be there, and they make sure you know it. You're always guaranteed cold food,bad service, and a nasty attitude to top it all off. Avoid this IHOP at all costs. This place will cause you to waste your money, upset your family, and lose your peace.

Good afternoon everyone, I left a funeral at Bloomfield Cemetery and I decided to take my family to eat at IHOP when we arrived. The restaurant was empty, there were like 12 people with me and the cashier told me that I have to wait 25 minutes to settle so we decided to wait. 25 minutes and after they passed and we went to where the manager told me that the kitchen was under price I was not welcome and the worst of all was that 35 minutes passed I asked what was happening and the manager told me yes I am in a hurry to fill out an application of IHOP THAT was a moment that I felt a lot of Anger I felt that we lacked Respect for myself and my family The of IHOP is. 3156

My family and I visited IHOP location 3156 after attending a funeral. Upon arrival, we found the restaurant to be nearly empty with ample available seating. However, we were informed that our party would need to wait 20 minutes to be seated due to the size of our order and the kitchen being under stress. As someone with a cooking degree and business management experience, I felt disappointed by the lack of a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere at IHOP location 3156. After spending three hours at a funeral, we were seeking a warm reception and prompt service. Although we were prepared to simply have drinks and patiently wait for our food, being turned away without consideration made us feel unsupported and disrespected. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I will not be returning to IHOP location 3156. I also intend to share this negative experience and discourage patronage of this location among the restaurants I manage. Notably, one of the employees, Jose, suggested that if we had an issue with the wait, we should apply to work in the kitchen to help. This encounter highlighted the need for improved team attitude and leadership at this establishment.
