Catch-a-fire Pizza - Blue Ash

The restaurant offers a variety of unique pizzas that are delicious and high-quality. Although the dining area is small, we experienced excellent service during each of our visits. The decor is appealing, and the restrooms are kept clean. There’s also a patio where you can reserve a private bubble for dining in the winter. As for parking, while the lot is limited, there is a free public parking lot just a short walk away.

I recently ordered from the Blue Ash location for the first time after enjoying the Madtree location for years. I paid $30 for a large Three Little Pigs pizza. I picked it up and ate it right away, so timing wasn't an issue. Unfortunately, the crust was incredibly soft and flimsy—almost like a wet paper towel—which made it impossible to pick up the slices without them crumpling and the toppings sliding off. It felt undercooked or something similar. I ended up having to use utensils to eat it. This was extremely disappointing, and I won't be returning. I could have gotten a better-quality pizza from Domino's for just $10. I'm giving it 2 stars for the service and the appealing restaurant ambiance, but the pizza quality for the price deserves a 1 star.

Everything we ordered was excellent. My grandson really enjoyed the BBQ pizza, while my husband had the "3 Little Pigs" pizza. My daughter chose a custom pizza with a gluten-free crust topped with pesto sauce, vegetables, and fresh mozzarella. I opted for a cauliflower crust with vegetables and fresh mozzarella as well. Although we had to wait a long time for our food, it was absolutely worth it. For dessert, my grandson had the s'mores dip with graham crackers, which was delicious. The toasted marshmallows on top were perfectly browned.

Sat at the bar. Friendly service and delicious food. The new stuffed mushrooms were quite tasty. I got the mellow mood pizza for pizza week with goat cheese and hot honey. Would recommend.

We went for a birthday lunch. It was our first time at this location. Matt, our server, was excellent. He was friendly, helpful, attentive, and fun.The pizza was delicious. Wine, a Barbera, was a wonderful surprise. And the dessert sticky pudding was worth getting again.All in all this was a great experience, thank you Matt and Catch a fire. We will be back.
