Famous Toastery - BLOWING ROCK

I absolutely loved it! We seated ourselves at the bar, and there’s so much to enjoy at this place. We tried the Country Benedict and the Classic Benedict, and both were fantastic. We also had the mimosa flight, which was delightful. The service was excellent as well. Just a heads up, though—parking is limited, and I heard it can be a hassle if you park on the antique store side of the lot.

Enjoying brunch here a few days ago, food was delicious along with the Mimosas, and we sat very fast. The staff was very helpful and friendly, but my reason was to leave 4 stars because we were somehow neglected. As soon as we have set ourselves, we received the mimosas super fast, but after waiting for about 20 minutes we had to get up and ask to have taken our order (after looking at them bring to new customers and take their order and not back to us) and then we had to get back to ask for the waters that we were taking care of at the same time as the mimosas.... also I ordered bacon, but it really got sausage. Maybe next time I'll ask not to sit in the corner, but very sweet breakfast place anyway.

My husband and I had breakfast in the famous toaster this morning and it was fantastic! The waiters were so sweet and attentive and the food was delicious. I had the Burrito and my husband had the cookies and Gravy, he said it was the best gravitation he had ever eaten. We will definitely come back!

The food was delicious and didn't last long after we had ordered it. Her mimosa flight was so beautiful and fresh PLUS they did not jump on the Champagne!! I ordered the strawberry and cream cheese filled French toast with bacon and it was so good!

We were lucky enough to stumble upon this on our first trip to North Carolina and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was beyond nice, and accommodating. The food was great all around, nobody had any complaints on a table of 8 picky eaters. It was so good we had to go back before we left. I have celiac disease and they were very careful with how they cooked my meal and I did not get sick either time I went, and I ordered different items. Highly recommend them, if not for the food, for the service and hospitality! The manager was great.
