Blowing Rock Ale House Inn

I always enjoy visiting Blowing Rock Brewing Co for a cold drink. The renovations are fantastic! However, I was disappointed that we could only order appetizers in the waiting area, and not entrees. Fortunately, the staff helped us find an outdoor table where we could eat. I really love their beer!

The brewery and inn is fantastic! The beers are excellent, and even though the food menu is smaller, the dishes are delicious! The staff is friendly and eager to assist you in choosing food and drinks. If you're looking to relax, consider staying in one of the rooms on the second floor of the bar/restaurant. The Stout room is the largest and has been recently renovated to provide a cozy atmosphere. Explore the lovely city and its shops while you're here!

The food and atmosphere were fantastic. My friend and I wanted to try two beers, and instead of receiving a small sample, we were served two full glasses. Perhaps we were unclear in our request, so I recommend asking for a sample if you’re unsure about a beer. The Bison Burger, chicken sandwich, and pub chips were all delicious! The only minor issue was that the pub chips were seasoned quite heavily; a couple of them were a bit too much. However, we would definitely come back without hesitation!

We loved the Brezeln to go with our flights of craft brewery. We also had the Bison Chili and our favorite beer was the fazy IPA. The staff was fun and friendly and we sat outside under a tent with a heating and had a great time.

Loved my experience here tonight (as I have everytime ! The wait staff was super friendly and very attentive. We sat ourselves outside at a picnic table in the courtyard, but the heater had shut off. The servers did a great job at fixing the finicky heater to ensure we were warm enough. The food was all wonderful! I got the bison chili (yum! which was piping hot and a little spicy- the perfect thing to warm me up. My husband got the bison burger and pub chips and absolutely loved them. This is one of our favorite local spots in Blowing Rock!
