Mcdonald's - Blountville

I just came through and I never got a problem with this McDonald?s, we ordered 2 Mchickens-no Mayo 2- Mchickens- Heavy Mayo came home all 4 had Mayo on them only had one salad I called the store explains the lady that I don't work my entrance from the man in the back because this store is usually efficient like that? Maddie? told me that my brother could come to the store and get the replacement, then after he's here, they'll tell him that he needs the reception, so I called back and spoke to him? Rebecca? She said no receipt, then she can't replace, and she said she had made the sandwiches, and she knew she was doing them right, so 1) Everyone makes mistakes and she, where busy so doubts that 2) perhaps his make them right, but then she should teach her exediters to efficiently expel food. Guess for me? I guess the lessons learned.

I was treated like a family and the experience was great. This is the best treatment I've ever had at a fast food location. I think it's a regular thing with McDonald, they treat everyone like that.

The lady that handled my Fiance 's order this morning was very very rude, calling him a crack head. We were furious! We asked to speak to the manager, and this hateful woman snaps back I 'm the general manager! And REFUSED to give us her name. We will be contacting corporate for this issue. This woman does not represent good and decent customer service. I will never buy from that store again until she is fired. I simply can not believe the treatment we recieved. Unacceptable

McDonald?s usually gets a good review from me. They are a huge chain but they work hard and strive for consistency and customer service. This one I don?t frequent a lot. It?s a bit out of my way, I just happened to be there and hungry at the same time. They were very impressive. I went through the drive thru and was finished within a minute or two. It was so quick and efficient I don?t even hardly remember. I guess that?s impressive in itself. The food was hot, fresh and exactly as I ordered it. I even had napkins in my bag. I don?t know what else to ask for.
