Arby's - Blountville

We went through the ride thru and the girl that took our order was extremely nice and friendly. We have received our order quickly. Our food was good and hot. Live there 2 for $6 Special. The fish sandwich is excellent. I would recommend the sandwich to anyone who likes fish. It's worth the $3, it's so big.

Customer service was a little sad, but the food was great, as always. I'm new to this Arby and I want to see more friendly faces. The employee who thought the door was very polite, his name was Caleb. From 06/30/2022, Customer service has improved and food is always great.

The rain poured, the snow came and we starved. I was actually looking for a place to park for the night I saw the sign of Arby. And the door was open!!! People were kind to my wife and our order was hot and fast. They made us as happy as seeing an oasis in the desert. I love the Roast Beef!! Exit 69 from I81 on the north side

Picked up late lunch in the drive thru. The employee who worked the window was warm, but it definitely took longer than I expected to get my food. I would still have given them 5 stars if everything else was good, but my reuben had stacked meat high in the middle, while the 1/2 around the crust was totally free from meat I actually ended throwing it away instead of trying to store the whole sandwich. Flavor the sandwich was great, wished it had been better built, so I would have enjoyed it full. I would still return to this place.

I stopped in after a round of golf at tri cities. I had a great beef and cheddar and fish sandwich here yesterday, took my partial denture out to eat. Well genius me left it on the tray and threw it out, 40 minutes later driving home I remembered and went back and asked if I could “dumpster dive” their trash can to look for it. Luckily it wasn’t busy. The manger Desiree was super nice and assisted in the search and rescue. We put on the gloves and began and after 3 times of can to can she found it for me. Shout out to Desiree for assistance in that fairly nasty process. She didn’t have to do that. Really nice of her. Take note store owner. Thanx again sweetie. Saved me a really expensive trip to the dentist
