Go here on lunch break at work most days. Food is great. Hot and fresh 95% of the time lol! Go here 2 or 3 times a

The last few times I have went for my food I get the wrong stuff or I don’t get my full order so I have to go back. Today I went and got gravy and biscuit and the gravy was watery and not good enough to eat. The biscuit was too soggy to eat because of how watery the gravy was. I don’t know what has happened they always try to fix to the issue which is nice but the food the last few months have not been well

Has to many young people that don't what's on the menu. Ordered a cheeseburger platter and the girl at the drive through said they didn't have. Went inside and the manager found it on the menu. The person making the orders had to ask what was on it. Sad Jack's has so many young people working that don't do their jobs right and has bad attitudes making Jack's go down.

In my opinion fast food no longer exist. Not just this Jack's but all burger joints. The drive through is backed up and inside service suffers because of it. Come on managers staff enough people to serve your partons.

One of the best Jacks I've been too. Fast, friendly, and polite. And the food has been hot and fresh every time Ive been back. Delicious.
