Subway Restaurants - Bloomsburg

Idk who they have working there tonight (07/12/21) but this is the 3rd time I’ve come in to the store and she has the closed sign up. I understand with covid your hours changed but that’s just unacceptable if you close at 8pm then she should be working until 8pm then do her closing duties because she’s costing you guys money

This location is not open 24 hours !! Stopped at about 8:30 pm and they were already closed !!

Tried to get subs at 6:45pm and the woman said they were closing after the gentleman who walked in right before us. It says this subway is 24hrs. Waste of time.

On May 21,2021 at or around 8:50pm. Brenda decides to tell a customer that you all cannot make the steak and cheese melt because she can ONLY TOAST the bread that y’all do not have...... for a truck driver who chooses subway and cannot get what we request is absurd!! You all toast subs!!! So... please explain to Brenda how to make a subwich.. because I went to subway and couldn’t get a sub made my way.... We go to different subways and ask for the sub to be made exactly how it’s pictured and all asks ‘what type of bread?’ .... umm exactly how it’s pictured.... but for Brenda to not even recommend a substitution or even try to accommodate just goes to let us know that 1. She didn’t want to make the sub in the first place..

The sandwich I had was delicious, but Brenda, who assisted me with my order, is the reason I am giving this restaurant 5 stars. She is a wonderful person - very professional, courteous, friendly, and sweet. As someone who used to train customer service, I had to commend their upscale approach, which I also witnessed from other customers that I observed being served. Brenda and her team truly represent the best in customer service.
