Morris Family Llc - Bloomsburg

The building could use a renovation. I ordered the western omelet and it was poorly made, not in terms of taste but it seemed like it was not properly prepared. There were also a lot of flies in the restaurant, one of which was bothering me throughout my meal.

During our visit to the Central Columbia area, we stumbled upon Morris Family Restaurant and decided to stop in for lunch. The atmosphere immediately reminded me of the classic non-chain family restaurants that were popular in the '70s and '80s. The staff was friendly and laid back, catering to the locals who are likely the restaurant's main clientele. Morris's also offers catering services, which was evident in the good, decently-sized portions of food that didn't particularly stand out from other eateries. The prices were reasonable and the menu had a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. For travelers or families looking for a step up from fast food without breaking the bank, Morris's is a solid choice. The service was prompt, so we didn't have to wait long for our meals. I give it 4 stars mainly because the restaurant could use some updating and sprucing up, but I understand that staying afloat during the pandemic was the top priority.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The service is quick and the prices are affordable. After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we couldn't resist returning the next day because we all enjoyed it so much. They offer a wide variety of options and everything is tasty.

Feel like the quality of the food has gone down a bit over the years but still a nice family restaurant with a wide variety and affordable prices for families. Friendly and courteous wait staff. Gave 3 stars instead of 4 as my mom was unable to eat the gravy fries she ordered as a side tasted like soapsuds in bottom of dish or something. Broccoli salad used to have more soaked in dressing and taste. I typically order their open faced turkey sandwich with gravy over fries. Atmosphere like typical older diner.
