Dunkin' - Bloomsburg

I had a bad experience at this restaurant. My coffee was made incorrectly, they forgot to put sugar in it. It really put a damper on my morning. Thanks a lot, Dunkin'.

Was just here, ordered a bacon egg and cheese Sandwich and got a sausage. I asked for a vanilla frosted donut and got chocolate. I don?t think it should be that hard to read off a screen considering I worked at a Dunkin.

I was frustrated when I saw everyone else receiving their drinks before me, even though I had ordered before them. The server assured us that they were preparing my hot chocolate, but it never arrived. I waited for over 25 minutes and saw all the other customers leave before I decided to pay for my drink and leave as well.

I visited from Texas and stopped in to get donuts, bagels, coffee, and drinks for a family get-together. However, the staff at the restaurant refused to serve us and told us we needed to order online. They were extremely rude and were the rudest people I have dealt with in years. It's situations like this that make you wonder why people lose their temper and do foolish things.

I had a mobil order and I went inside as I needed to use the bathroom. They were blocking the door by a metal stand where they put orders. I asked a lady to use the bathroom as I was in a driving trip for five hours, she asked the manager and the managersaid NO. She told me to go to the gas station, I am not familiar with the area and when I get there, it was a small gas stationwith NO bathroom. I kept searching until I found Giant. We had to go back as we , unfortunately did already order. We had towait a very long time in the line. At the window, there were many employees and they were laughing and talking. If they weredoing their job, I guess the movement will be faster. What is more my hot coffee cup was filed less than the half of the cup. Ifelt the cup so light when the lady handed to me. After leaving, I stopped to check my cup and it was less than the half cup.Very disappointed.
