We came in for Christmas Eve dinner and we’re sat in the bar during a football game even though there was plenty of space in the atrium dining area. To say it was noisy was an understatement but the constant swearing made you feel like you were in some dive bar. We requested to move to the quiet area and the hostess said ok then moved us to the other side of the bar where it was even louder. This is horrible service especially having our young daughter with us. The food was mediocre for the price asked with the prime rib having large sections of pure fat and the salmon being coated in seasoning when we specifically asked that it not have seasoning. Honestly I will never return there based on the way this was handled. I book events, conferences and travel for a major corporation in the twin cities and can say I will never use any of your facilities or those of the embassy suites based on how poorly you treat your guests.

All of the food was top notch, I especially recommend the Fall Salad
