Starbucks - Bloomington

These baristas need better training! I received the most disgusting drink you could imagine. our drinks tasted like milk with no cold foam or pumpkin flavor that we paid extra for. be better please I want good starbucks!

Very busy, will take you 30 minutes to get your order from the time you get in line to the point it is handed to you. Maybe longer than 30 minutes. Staff are still pretty nivlce though.

Ive came here 4 times now and I've ordered the pumpkin cold brew three times and I have yet to get the foam on top instead of mixed in and it just tastes like cold brew with some milk. The other time i got a dragonfruit refresher and they didn?t even put the dragonfruit in. I am so dissatisfied with the worker?s ability to make drinks.

The coffee at this Starbucks surpasses the usual quality found at other locations; it’s strong and smooth without any bitterness. The lemon bread and chocolate croissant complement the coffee perfectly.

I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew with sweet cream, but what I received tasted more like a regular cold brew with milk and barely any of the cold foam I paid extra for. My friend ordered a pumpkin chai, which ended up tasting mostly like milk as well. When we approached the staff to mention the lack of pumpkin flavor, they added more cold foam, but it still didn't have any pumpkin taste. I'm really disappointed with this experience.
