As I was in line I heard the person at the register yell at other employees and insulting them. Not pleased with the lack of customer service from the “store manager”. Other staff was lovely.
Staff confused everyone on orders.. But no big deal.. All sorted out

My friends and I ordered drinks and they shorted the drinks on purpose due to wanting to close early. They were ordered around 7:39-7:40... The mall closes at 8. Theres no excuse. Please grow up. We're all baristas and know there isn't the need to do all that.
