Pizza Studio - Bloomington

We traveled over an hour, stopped at the MOA just to go to the Villa for Lunch out of all the choices because we really like the food it is the best pizza and bread sticks. The line was short, a lot of workers behind counter yet the service was very unprofessional, they were short tempered and rude, put all the food order layered on one tray instead of using another tray refused to give a to go bag with order for leftovers. Then when order was rang up the meals were charged wrong and the help refused to go over the bill and explain why the meals were charged at the higher rate and the side orders to go were added as the meals instead of the salads. It was not acceptable and he just walked away. We would like to be repeat customers for the food but not if the service is going to continue like that.

Service was horrible. Not friendly. Rude people. Not well organized.
