This place has about 20 feet of space at the hall, but don't miss it. Are the waffles good? Yes. But the ice cream is transcendental, like I might have brushed up against Brahman. They also have live basil for the savory waffle sandwich and I took that to be a sign of commitment. Every bit of the food has something that elevates it above normal. Skip Coldstone.
Decided to try something different for a change. They have a variety of waffles to offer; but I settled for the basic (or The Classic as they call it) waffle. I opted for the powder sugar on my Waffle as I needed to jump-start my day. Each waffle is made fresh and delivered piping hot from the waffle iron to your hand. I enjoyed the deliciousness that this place offered. Would recommend if you are looking for something different while at the MOA.
Really nice place at the Mall of America. So glad this was there because there are a lot of chain food choices. But this was unique. Service was nice. The waffle is fresh. It as one of the best waffles I ever had. Highly recommend this place!
I met up with friends at MOA to eat dinner in the food court area. I wanted to eat something I hadn't tried before and wasn't interested in one of the many fast food style restaurants. I came upon a small front of Minnewaffolis, which sandwiched between Chipotle and Panera. Most of what they have to offer could cure your sweet tooth! However, with a closer look there is a savory caprese waffle. I had to give it a try! The one worker goes back and makes each order as they come in. So, be patient, as it will at least be fresh and hot! It took no more than 10 minutes to get my waffle, which I watched being topped with a few fresh basil leaves right off a plant! I thought it would not really fill me up once I saw the size, but it was the perfect amount. The flavor was delicious, mostly coming from the sweetness of the waffle, and balsamic glaze, mixed with the caprese toppings.
