Mcdonald's - Bloomington

The service here was beyond expectations and we received the right food in less than 3 minutes, including piping hot frits and fresh cheeseburgers. All this is reason for the celebration as this is far from the normal experience that McDonald's offers it to customers in these days. Mcdonald's leadership should use this restaurant as a model and its staff at positions where these experts can provide training for other shops and guide them to be a little more than annoying, disgusting failure; especially the shops in Peoria and Pekin, IL!

I went through the ride yesterday at 11:30. A boy named Cooper gave out my food, he was very rude and took the bag aggressively, went with my bag off the window and opened the window and gave me the food and closed it without saying anything. I've been working in fast food for two years and that's no way to react to a customer.

It was very crowded, and they forgot my coffee. By the time I figured it out, it would've taken too long to go back and get. Order accuracy is SUPER important, no matter how good the food is.

Normally I havent had a problem with the food from this location. I love where this one is situated in town. Very convenient. However, I went there the other day, and I am now suffering from salmonella from their food, 12 hours after I ate from this store. The same time period where symptoms for salmonella start. Disappointed, yes. I'll probably avoid coming here for a while. I'll come back eventually, but it will take me a while.

Awesome McDonald's! Obviously you know what you want when you get here but dang I gotta say that they had the best fries of my life here the other day. I'm talking life changing fries, now I'm just disappointed everywhere else I get fries as a side. My mcdoubles always come out hot and device times are quick. Definitely going to come back to THIS McDonald's!
