Kincaid's Fish, Chop Steakhouse

I wish we would have had a different server, ruined the evening. It was my GF birthday. He just never came by our table. Tall, skinny, 50ish, guy. Didn't get his name. He just kept walking by our table, and we could never get another drink from him. He forgot it was my GF birthday and had to remind him about the complimentary Creme Brulee. Didn't know the menu at all. Food was excellent as always, but the service was awful! Food: 5

The people are great but the food was lacking I got the strip steak and it was bland ish and left me wanting more. In interior was cool but trying to find the bathroom was like a maze

We’ve been here three Christmas’s in a row and every time we are treated hospitable and with delight from the hostess’s, servers, and managers. Plus, the food is superb. I will return and will suggest this restaurant to others
