Firehouse Subs Park Place On France

A lot of customer service! I was there on 6/13/2022. I came out of my chair to use the bathroom while I wait 15 minutes for my order, and the staff told me to put my chair in. she continued to say we are the help. we're not young. I used the bathroom. not to go.

I was yesterday to get a sandwich ordered to midday they said 20 minutes that I came back at 12:30 clock, it was not ready and they were quite rude for me when I asked big eating and terrible service. there was a pregnant woman waiting for it, and I felt sorry for her.

I ordered online two sandwiches and two cookies. I didn't get the cookies. My sandwich was a mess too. They also didn't mark the boxes for what sandwich it was. I'm not a happy person. It's hard to go to other places on my lunch break.After reading all the reviews. I wish I could give zero stars. And it seems like they really don't care. They don't even offer a free sandwich or your money back. Very very poor customer service!!!

I was greeted by the staff as I walked in the door. I was not sure what to get so the Employee gave me some recommendations and his personal favorite. I ended up going with his favorite and it was made hot and fresh. All employees were beyond helpful and friendly! Employees were: D, Brandon, and shay.

I don't know how anyone can give this place less than 5 stars. My cajun chicken sandwich tasted so fresh and ao good. The place is so clean. Employees constantly working and cleaning. Employees appeared so happy to be there. The best thing is how genuinely nice and mind employees are to EVERYONE!!!
